• Custom 3D printing from uploaded design files

• Material selection and customization options
• Quote generation and order management
• Shipping and delivery services

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Orders and Payments

Order Process

When you place an order with Nocturne Print Labs:

• Custom orders require file upload and quote approval before payment
• Catalog product orders have fixed pricing displayed at checkout
• All prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Prices for custom orders are quoted individually and are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

When you upload design files or content to our service:

• You retain all ownership rights to your original designs
• You grant us a limited license to use your files solely to fulfill your order
• You represent that you have the right to use and print the designs you submit
• You agree not to upload files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights

Our Content

All content on the Nocturne Print Labs website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Nocturne Print Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Print items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Print items that are dangerous, illegal, or violate the rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use automated systems to access our website without permission

Product Quality and Specifications

We strive to produce high-quality prints that meet industry standards. However:

• 3D printing is subject to inherent limitations and variations
• Colors may vary slightly from digital representations
• Small imperfections in layer lines or surface finish are normal
• We are not responsible for design flaws in customer-provided files

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
