How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and visit My Orders to see real-time status updates for all your orders.
What are the order statuses?
Pending Quote: We're reviewing your files and preparing a quote
Quoted: Quote is ready for your approval
Paid: Payment received, order is queued for production
In Queue: Order is waiting to be printed
Printing: Your items are currently being printed
Completed: Printing finished, preparing for shipment
Shipped: Order is on the way to you
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by carrier and service level. You'll receive tracking information and estimated delivery dates when your order ships. Learn more about shipping

What materials do you offer?
We offer a variety of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and more. Each material has different properties suited for different applications. View all materials
What quality can I expect?
We use professional-grade printers and maintain strict quality control. Layer heights range from 0.1mm to 0.3mm depending on your needs. Minor layer lines and small imperfections are normal in 3D printing.
Can I request specific colors?
Yes! We stock a wide range of colors for most materials. During the quote process, you can specify your preferred color, or we'll provide available options.
Returns & Issues
What to do if something goes wrong with your order.
What if my print is defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and either reprint the item or issue a full refund. View refund policy
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for a full refund before production begins (pending_quote or quoted status). Once printing starts, cancellations may only receive partial refunds.

Quick Tips
Optimize Your Design
Add supports to overhangs, ensure minimum wall thickness of 1mm, and avoid very thin features that may break during printing or shipping.
Choose the Right Material
PLA is great for decorative items, PETG for functional parts, TPU for flexible components, and ABS for parts needing heat resistance.
Check File Requirements
Upload STL files under 500MB. Ensure your model is manifold (watertight) with no holes or inverted normals for best results.
Review Your Quote
Quotes include material cost, print time, and finishing. If the price seems high, consider reducing infill, increasing layer height, or scaling down your model.
