Choose Material & Color
Select from our range of professional 3D printing materials and available colors. Not sure which material is right? We'll provide recommendations based on your project.
Receive Your Quote
Our team reviews your file and provides a detailed quote including material costs, labor, and production time estimates. You'll receive an email when your quote is ready.
Choose Shipping Method
After approving your quote, select from real-time shipping rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Choose the best balance of cost and delivery speed for your needs.
Complete Payment
Secure payment through Stripe. Your order total includes the quote price, shipping cost, and applicable taxes. We don't store your payment information.
We Print Your Design
Your order enters our production queue. We print your items on professional-grade FDM printers, remove supports, and perform quality checks before packaging.
Delivery to Your Door
We carefully package your prints with protective materials and ship via your selected carrier. You'll receive tracking information to monitor delivery.

Total time from order to delivery: Typically 5-15 business days depending on complexity and shipping method

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel for a full refund before production begins (pending_quote or quoted status). Once printing starts, cancellations may receive partial refunds.
What if my file has issues?
During the quote review, we'll identify any printability issues and suggest fixes. We'll work with you to ensure your file is print-ready.
Can I request rush production?
Yes, expedited production is available for urgent orders. Contact us with your deadline and we'll provide rush pricing.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
